NOTE: We believe we have recently discovered why there are so many derogatory lawyer jokes in the world. It has become apparent to us, in the short amount of time that we have been operating, that a great source of the trouble with the system as it stands today is lawyers. If the abusive official is not a lawyer him/herself, the official almost always ends up represented by a lawyer when there becomes a question of abuse-of-office. Unfortunately, the lawyers do not appear to have much (any) concern for justice, but rather focus solely on getting paid. While we have nothing against getting paid, we do know of instances where exculpatory evidence has been suppressed by over-eager prosecutors as well as guilty parties getting off completely, with their counsel's knowledge and approval! For instance, we find it quite curious that when 2 sides oppose each other in a civil matter, each  may hire a lawyer, both of whom may have graduated in the same class from the same school, and both of whom might be charging their respective clients $200 per hour for their time yet it is always the case that at least one of them is wrong! Shouldn't the merits of a case be pretty obvious?

This is why you'll find we have turned much of our focus to lawyers and the role they play in our courts.

We need your complaints and support, please write us now!
If you have any suggestions as to what you would like to see included on this site,
by all means let us know.

We also want to start a PAAPO newsletter for your benefit. If you want to receive our newsletter, or find out more about it, call or write us. Any financial assistance would be very much appreciated (our door and accounting records are open to all and for anyone to inspect.)

We are currently in the process of setting-up PayPal for contributions. In the meantime, if you are able to assist us financially, we would be happy to receive your check or money order at the above address.

Any contribution at all will be gratefully accepted; however, in an effort to entice you to loose a few extra $s, we are offering the following premiums:

$10 or more -- a free issue of our next newsletter so you can see what we are all about.
$25 or more -- a 1 year subscription to our newsletter so you can stay abreast of our efforts throughout the coming year.

Thank you very much for your time and support.
Sincerely,
Gerald Olin Finley, ARI
Founder,  PAAPO

P.S. We need helpers and we fully expect to be able to pay wages. Please contact us for more information. The following is an invitation letter and identification form that is being sent to all "Public Servants." We are beginning in Cincinnati but anticipate eventually covering the entire U.S.A. Each "Public Servant's" response to their letter will be reported in our newsletter along with your complaints and comments.

P.P.S. If you have a "public servant" or "officer of our courts" (lawyers, et al) that you would like to send this invitation letter to, just tell us who they are with an address, and we will pop one in the mail to them. You can remain anonymous, if you like.
